NEWS FLASH!  Grandma wants to take two grandbabies - a kindergarten and first graders fishing at the river for like an hour. But she doesn't have a fishing license! BUSTED!  Bad bad grandma! But the neighbors can do herion, and smoke their pipes in front of little grade school kids. But hey, "That's just them" "That's just what they do."  Going fishing at the river without a license is a much bigger deal and must be squashed! How dare that law be broken!
